Memorable New Year’s Retreat

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise every morning, boasting an array of delicious options. Our room was spacious, and the staff made us feel like family throughout our stay.

This place was a delightful surprise! The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the location was spot on for our New Year’s activities. The outdoor fire pit was a charming touch for evening relaxation.

However, my bathroom door was more stubborn than a toddler refusing to nap—stayed closed when I needed it open. And don't get me started on that uphill trek back from town after a night of fun!

My stay here was fantastic! The spacious room was immaculate and quiet, making it a perfect retreat after exploring. The staff were friendly and responsive, especially with my room preferences. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated, and having our room cleaned daily made us feel pampered. Plus, the location was conveniently close to downtown.

The beautiful park across the street provided a serene escape, while the jacuzzi was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring downtown.

Clean rooms with comfy beds. On-site hot tub nice, but air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Free trolley stop right outside for easy access to attractions.

Would recommend for a weekend excursion

Clean property, excellent location, the king suite was spacious and featured a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings after exploring nearby attractions.

we had a wonderful stay at fairfield inn. the location was super close to all the city attractions, just a short walk away. the staff was exceptional—when we left some documents behind, the manager quickly assisted with a retrieval program. that really saved us a lot of stress!

The homemade ice cream at the nearby Bearland Grill has got to be one of my top finds in Gatlinburg—so creamy and rich, it’s a real treat! Plus, the hotel is just a hop away from great dining spots. The friendly front desk staff and clean room were the icing on the cake.
